Prime Minister's Farmers' Pension Plan
Under the Prime Minister's Farmers' Ben Shan Scheme, 60,000 beneficiaries will be eligible to join the pension scheme. Farmers have to pay monthly dues of Rs 55 to Rs 200 for the same amount at the beginning of the month, depending on their age.
For 1 month, 2 months, 6 months and 1 year, the farmers have the convenience of paying with their bank accounts in an auto debit mode. 1500 per month will be paid to the heirs if the unexpected death occurs.
If the farmers do not have the option to continue the scheme after 5 years, there is a huge facility to repay the interest paid.
Documents required to join the scheme:
1. Aadhaar card, birth date, month and year certificate
2.Address card of the recipient
3. Bank Account
