Anantha College of Law offers the following courses with affiliation from the SV University:
• Three-year LL. B/B.L Degree Course
• Five-year Integrated LL. B/B.L Degree course
Eligibility requirement and admission procedure:
Three-year LL. B/B.L Degree Course: For getting into this course, candidates must have completed any degree from a recognized university with not less than 45% of aggregate marks or any other equivalent examination approved as equivalent by the universities concerned imparting law course with not less than 45% of aggregate marks. Even candidates with any PG degree and B. Ed with not less than 45% of marks are eligible to apply to this course.
Five-year Integrated LL. B/B.L Degree course: For getting into this course, candidates with not less than 45% of marks at the two-year intermediate level in any discipline are eligible to apply.
Admission to both courses is done based on the merit secured by the candidates in the LAWCET examination. In the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category 5% relaxation is applicable in the qualifying marks for both the aforesaid courses.
Management quota seats:
The management quota seats in the institution are called as category-B seats and admissions to these seats for both the courses are done without entrance examination based on the marks secured by the candidates in the qualifying examination alone.
Scholarships:
The institute offers financial assistance to candidates belonging to minority/BC/ST/SC category by the concerned social welfare departments of the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
